Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective customers regarding their health insurance interests.
- Learn about available health and life insurance products and benefits.
- Identify customer needs through professional conversations.
- Explain insurance coverage features and product information when appropriately licensed.
- Assist customers with insurance applications and enrollment when authorized.
- Maintain organized customer information and follow-up records.
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships.
- Participate in continued product education, compliance training, and sales development.
