Previous insurance experience is not required. Our structured training program is designed to help new team members develop the skills and industry knowledge needed for the position.
Daily Responsibilities
- Discuss health coverage needs with prospective clients.
- Explain available plan features, benefits, and service options.
- Answer general coverage-related questions professionally.
- Guide clients through appropriate information and next steps.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain organized client records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
