This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, answering questions, and creating positive customer experiences.
You'll assist prospective and existing clients with general health plan information while developing valuable skills in customer service, communication, and relationship management.
No previous healthcare or insurance experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist prospective and existing clients.
- Provide helpful information regarding available health plan services.
- Answer general questions about coverage features and benefits.
- Assist customers in navigating service information and next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a professional customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
