Safe Health Industries is expanding our Tampa-based Health Insurance Sales operations and looking for friendly, professional individuals to join our team as Health Plan Concierges.
This position focuses on customer communication, general coverage questions, and supporting customers throughout their experience with our organization.
We're looking for individuals who take pride in excellent service and want to develop valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
- Assist with general health insurance coverage inquiries.
- Provide information about available services and customer resources.
- Support customer communication and follow-up activities.
- Help customers understand general coverage terminology.
- Maintain organized customer information and documentation.
- Coordinate customer questions with appropriate team members.
- Participate in customer relations and product education.
