Key Responsibilities
- Assist prospective and existing customers with general health insurance inquiries.
- Provide general information about available coverage services.
- Support insurance sales representatives with customer communication and follow-up.
- Help customers understand basic insurance terminology and administrative procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Direct questions requiring insurance advice to appropriately licensed representatives.
- Participate in customer service and product education.
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
