Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert therapeutic and counseling services to individuals from a diverse client base, maintaining a Master’s level standard of care or higher.
• Proactively utilize the streamlined platform to manage all aspects of practice administration, including client scheduling, secure communication, and progress note documentation.
• Ensure comprehensive adherence to all professional ethical standards, state licensing regulations, and federal compliance requirements.
• Participate in the process to gain in-network status with a vast array of insurance providers, expanding service accessibility for clients.
• Maintain all necessary professional documentation, including a valid NPI number and professional malpractice insurance.

Requirements

• Full Independent Licensure: Must possess a current, full, and active independent license as a Mental Health Therapist at the Master’s level or above (e.g., LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW). Note: Licensure acceptance varies by state.
• Practice Readiness: A clear intention to either initiate a new private practice or strategically expand an existing one by incorporating insurance acceptance.
• Professional Credentials: Required to have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Coverage: Must hold current professional malpractice insurance.
