Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Full and unrestricted licensure at the Master’s level or higher as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW, accepted based on state-specific needs).
• Possession of a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Active professional liability/malpractice insurance coverage.
• Readiness to initiate or expand a private practice by accepting health insurance.
