Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to diverse clientele at a Master’s level or above, upholding the highest professional standards.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and records utilizing integrated practice management features.
- Manage client scheduling and communication within the provided secure platform.
- Uphold full compliance with all professional, state, and federal regulations regarding mental health practice and insurance billing.
- Actively participate in the credentialing process to gain in-network status with various nationwide insurance plans.
Requirements
- Full Licensure: Must hold a valid and current full independent professional mental health license at a Master’s level or above (e.g., LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW). Licensure acceptance is determined on a state-by-state basis.
- Professional Credentials: Possession of a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is mandatory.
- Insurance: Must carry and maintain appropriate professional malpractice insurance coverage.
- Aspiration: A strong desire to establish a new private practice or strategically expand an existing one through accepting major insurance payers.
