Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, high-quality therapeutic services at a Master’s degree level or higher to a diverse population of clients.
• Strategically launch or scale an existing private practice by successfully onboarding and managing clients utilizing health insurance coverage.
• Efficiently use the integrated platform for all necessary practice management functions, including real-time scheduling, secure communication, and thorough documentation.
• Maintain rigorous standards of professional conduct and full compliance with all state and federal regulations concerning mental health treatment and billing.
• Engage in the swift process of obtaining in-network status across multiple major insurance carriers to maximize client accessibility.

Requirements

• Full Independent Licensure: Must hold a current, full, and active independent mental health license at the Master’s level or above (e.g., LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW). State-by-state licensing regulations apply.
• Professional Identification: Possession of a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is required.
• Insurance Coverage: Must carry and maintain current professional malpractice insurance.
• Practice Vision: A demonstrated eagerness to establish or expand a private practice through the strategic acceptance of health insurance.
