Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Full Independent Licensure: Must hold a current, full, and active independent mental health license at the Master’s level or above (e.g., LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW). State-by-state licensing regulations apply.
- Professional Identification: Possession of a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is required.
- Insurance Coverage: Must carry and maintain current professional malpractice insurance.
- Practice Vision: A demonstrated eagerness to establish or expand a private practice through the strategic acceptance of health insurance.
