Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, expert therapeutic and counseling services to a diverse clientele at a Master’s degree level of competence or above.
• Strategically establish a new practice or scale an existing business by successfully engaging and managing clients covered by health insurance.
• Efficiently manage all practice operations using the integrated platform, including real-time scheduling, secure client communication, and comprehensive clinical documentation templates.
• Ensure absolute and continuous adherence to all professional ethical standards, state licensing regulations, and federal compliance requirements.
• Participate in the expedited process to achieve and maintain in-network provider status with numerous major insurance carriers.

Requirements

• Full Independent Licensure: Must hold a current, full, and active independent mental health license at a Master’s level or above (examples include LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW). Licensure acceptance is determined based on specific state regulations.
• Professional Identification: Mandatory possession of a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Insurance Coverage: Required to carry and maintain current professional malpractice insurance.
• Practice Ambition: A clear commitment to establishing or significantly scaling a private practice by accepting major health insurance plans.
