Swoon is hiring for our energy/utilities client in Bothell, WA and this will be a hybrid position (50% onsite).

Position Summary
We are seeking a Contracts Manager with strong experience negotiating legal terms and managing complex agreements across multiple business units. This role will support procurement and legal functions by driving contract development, execution, and compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in ensuring contractual alignment with corporate risk management standards while supporting critical business operations.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate legal terms and conditions across Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and change orders
- Draft, review, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk management standards
- Partner with business units to provide guidance on contract structure, language, and execution
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including negotiation, execution, compliance tracking, and dispute resolution
- Maintain oversight of contracts supporting moderately complex to critical goods and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, legal, and operations teams to support contract strategy and execution
- Interpret and apply contracting principles, policies, and guidelines to complex agreements
- Drive awareness and operationalization of key contract terms across stakeholders
- Support supplier relationship management while maintaining strong, professional partnerships
- Represent procurement and contracting functions in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional discussions
