Job Title: Corporate Relations Consultant (Corporate Access / Investor Relations)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Relations Consultant to support a leading global investment management firm. This role acts as a critical liaison between investment professionals, corporate executives, and external research providers, ensuring seamless coordination of corporate access and investor engagement activities.
You will play a key role in connecting portfolio managers and analysts with companies of investment interest by managing end-to-end meeting logistics, communications, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Access & Relationship Management
- Partner with Corporate Relations Originators, Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and external research providers (e.g., broker-dealers) to coordinate company meetings
- Serve as a liaison between corporate management teams, investor relations teams, and internal investment staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across investment and corporate communities
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Plan and execute corporate access events including roadshows, investor days, site visits, and conference calls
- Coordinate meeting logistics (venue booking, scheduling, AV setup, attendee management)
- Manage RSVP processes and effectively market meetings internally to drive participation
- Support and oversee high-value investor research trips and sector-focused events
Execution & Operations
- Manage daily Corporate Relations activities, including preparing meeting materials and ensuring smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records in the Global Event Management System (GEMS) and CRM platforms
- Oversee on-site event execution for large-scale or high-profile meetings
- Ensure quality control across all meeting logistics and deliverables
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports on meeting activity, engagement trends, and service levels
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and stakeholder experience
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and financial regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of meetings and interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, equity research support, or financial services
- Strong experience coordinating meetings, events, or client-facing engagements
Preferred Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience with event management tools, CRM systems, or scheduling platforms
