Account Manager (Client Relationship Management)

Compensation: $55,000 – $73,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications

Unitec Distribution Systems is seeking a highly motivated, service-driven Account Manager (Client Relationship Management) to join our team in Westminster, Maryland.

Our Account Managers serve as the primary relationship manager for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • 2 years of Account Management or Client Service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions that support their uniform programs

Account Coordination

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
  • Manage multiple projects and requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Source products and help configure new accounts within our proprietary web-based software system

Customer Support

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist clients through email, phone calls, online presentations, and virtual meetings
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and enhance the client experience

Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records and account information within internal systems
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage client data and requests
  • Take ownership of new requests and initiatives that add value to our clients and organization
