Our Philosophy:
We believe your flooring contractor should be more than simply an installer. They should have knowledgeable consultants who can help throughout the entire project, including consulting on product selection, installation options, budgeting, material handling, floor engineering, labor logistics, and of course, expert installation.
Your flooring contractor should also have capable project managers who can ensure that you understand each flooring product’s attributes and who serves as your single point of contact—to save you time and energy from start to finish. Make sure they can handle sales and sourcing for any flooring product you might need to install and can ship product samples directly to your project’s architect, designer or GM.
Your selected flooring contractor must also have solid business relationships with flooring manufacturers, distributors, agents, and installation firms to ensure you have access to every possible flooring option, so you can make good business decisions.
The flooring company you choose to work with should be able to manage distribution—shipping products worldwide, if necessary—to make sure you get the right materials delivered when and where you need them.
