About the Role
PG&E is seeking a Customer Program Coordinator to support an innovative residential Electric Vehicle (EV) pilot program focused on bi-directional charging technology. This program enables customers to use their EVs to power their homes during outages and contribute energy back to the grid.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer applications from initial interest through full enrollment
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to keep customers engaged throughout the process
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email (both general and technical questions)
- Monitor and maintain application pipeline data and status updates
- Support customer onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (including automakers)
- Participate in weekly partner syncs to align on customer progress
Day-to-Day Activities
- ~50% outbound calling and customer follow-ups
- Remaining time split between:
- Email communication
- Pipeline tracking and reporting
- Cross-team coordination
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service, customer success, or call center experience
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Ability to manage multiple customers and track progress across a pipeline
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EV, utilities, energy, or technical environments
- Comfort learning and explaining technical concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or external partners
