- Process invoices for projects within your assigned county, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Find and onboard contractors, ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met before they begin work.
- Review field inspector reports for projects in your county and address any issues or updates needed.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks and inspections for all properties.
- Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and contractor details.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular reports on property yards and cleaning statuses.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills when working with vendors and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed to support the construction and maintenance team.
