Marketing Manager

SWE Homes and its affiliates have nearly 40 years of success in the residential and commercial real estate market and Lending. We offer special owner financing on all of our properties creating opportunities for all. SWE currently has 2,500 properties available for sale or lease. As we continue expanding across Texas and other states, we remain focused on operational excellence, growth, and entrepreneurial innovation. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional, capable of transitioning seamlessly between presenting to executives and engaging in hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including targeting specific areas throughout Texas for campaigns, and homeownership opportunities.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and grassroots efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales pitches and materials.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and ensure the website is up to date with the latest marketing campaigns, keywords, and customer engagement tools (FaceTime feature), and manage the development of additional websites/landing pages.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain and enhance the SWE Homes and SWE Lending through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement with your team.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team, including progress on marketing initiatives and any adjustments to strategy.
• Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including those for signage, digital marketing tools, and video production, meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including advertising standards and data privacy laws.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns, expenditures, and performance metrics for internal review and external audits if necessary.
