• Afternoon Shift: Additional $0.50/hour
• Night Shift: Additional $0.75/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Advance Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing assembly tasks, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring products are manufactured according to established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package products according to approved procedures and quality standards.
• Operate, monitor, and support production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Perform machine setup and basic operational checks.
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and workplace compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Support production schedules and adapt to changing business demands.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 6S practices.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Follow manual handling guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to safely lift, pack, and handle materials according to established guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production environments.
• Experience working with production lines, motors, molding equipment, or similar manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of quality systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production needs.
