StretchLab Ocoee – Fitness Sales Associate
StretchLab Ocoee is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven individual with a passion for fitness, wellness, and community to join our team!
POSITION:
The Fitness Sales Associate supports the Studio Manager by driving new membership sales, booking Intro Classes, and helping retain current members. While fitness knowledge is preferred, it is not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to sell memberships for one-on-one and group-assisted stretch sessions, as well as retail products
- Comfortable using software systems like ClubReady
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday
- Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Occasional travel may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Studio Manager with lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales
- Book and confirm Intro Classes
- Greet and check-in clients and prospects at the front desk
- Conduct facility tours, identifying individual needs and goals
- Maintain personal sales targets
- Promote StretchLab as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present services to current and prospective members
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
- Send weekly email campaigns
- Assist with social media content
- Participate in community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to promote the studio
- Ensure the studio remains clean and presentable
- Perform other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS:

SCHEDULE:
- Part time 10-30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
- Shifts are 8am-2pm or 2pm-7pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
- In-person work
