StretchLab helps people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching. We’re looking for Kinesiology or Exercise Science majors and graduates who are excited to work hands-on with clients and apply their movement knowledge in a real-world setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions
- Complete mobility assessments and track progress
- Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, and recovery
- Follow structured stretching protocols and keep session notes
- Support group stretches, workshops, and community events
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Degree (or current enrollment) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field
- Interest in anatomy, movement, and human performance
- Comfort working hands-on with people
- Strong communication skills
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Pre-PT, pre-OT, or pre-Chiro track
- Internship, lab, or coaching experience
- Interest in mobility or injury prevention
Training
- 20 hours of online education
- 2 days of hands-on training
- Ongoing coaching and feedback
No stretching experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need.
Schedule Needs
- Weekday afternoons/evenings (around 2pm–7pm)
- Saturdays (9am–2pm)
- Occasional community events
