What You'll Be Doing
- Leading personalized assisted stretching sessions (we train you)
- Completing mobility assessments and tracking progress
- Customizing sessions based on how each client's body moves
- Educating clients on flexibility, mobility, and recovery
- Keeping clear session notes and maintaining a safe environment
- Helping with occasional group stretches, workshops, and events
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- Experience working hands-on with clients
- Solid understanding of anatomy and movement
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- CPR & First Aid certification
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Mobility, recovery, or corrective exercise background
- Experience with special populations
- Group fitness or coaching experience
- Interest in injury prevention and longevity
Training & Support
You'll complete our StretchLab Flexologist Training Program, which includes:
- 20 hours of online education
- 2 days of hands-on, in-studio training
- Ongoing technique coaching and education
- Mentorship and team development sessions
You don't need to be a stretching expert—we'll teach you everything you need.

Schedule Needs
We're currently hiring for:
- Weekday afternoons/evenings (around 2pm–7pm)
- Saturdays (9am–2pm)
- Occasional community pop-ups and in-studio events
