Compensation: $100-$175K Base Comission
The Opportunity:
We're partnered with a leading US provider of Data Centre Colocation services nationwide. This business provides mission-critical data centers where the nation's key networks most need it; offering global reach and high-speed data trnasmission.
These Edge/Urban Data Centers provide adjacent end users with premium low-latency, high-speed interconnectivity at key edge locations.
We're looking for a Sales Director who understands the Enterprise market in the Houston area to take full ownership of the region, leading the GTM function and ensuring best-in class delivery. This is an opportunity to join a growth-focused team with market leading assets and an entrepreneurial mindset
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue across MMR, colocation, and interconnection solutions
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development
- Grow existing customer accounts through upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, site tours, and contract negotiations
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Manage opportunities through CRM (Salesforce) and maintain accurate forecasting
- Work cross-functionally with operations / engineering on customer onboarding and deployments
- Stay current on telecom, carrier hotel, cloud, and colocation market trends
- Represent the business across industry events and local networking channels
β Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years enterprise sales experience within data centers, colocation, telecom, cloud, or network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Meet-Me-Room ecosystems, carrier hotels, and interconnection environments
- Proven hunter mentality with ability to win net-new logos and grow existing accounts
- Strong commercial acumen across contracts, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to qualify customer requirements around power, space, connectivity, and deployments
- Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive buyers
- Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and entrepreneurial
- Salesforce / CRM proficiency required
