Director of Sales - Energy Corridor

This role is ideal for a senior sales leader currently operating within a large, established organization who is looking for greater visibility, influence, and agility in how they approach the market.
The Opportunity:
You’ll take ownership of a defined region, leading revenue growth initiatives, expanding strategic accounts, and helping shape go-to-market strategy in a more nimble, growth-oriented environment.
This role offers the ability to move faster, think strategically, and directly impact outcomes, without the layers often found in larger organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across targeted markets, verticals, and key accounts
- Execute and refine go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from origination through close
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations
Ideal Background:
- 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in leadership
- Experience within industrial and power services
- Proven success managing large, complex sales cycles
- Background working within structured sales environments with defined processes and KPIs
- Ability to transition from a structured environment into a more agile, growth-focused organization
