We are seeking a proven Sales Director to lead and grow our sales organization within the horizontal drilling sector. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the industry, knows how to build strong relationships, and can drive both strategy and results.
The right candidate will bring a combination of industry credibility, leadership strength, and business development expertise, with the ability to guide a sales team while identifying new opportunities for growth, profitability, and market expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and long-term success
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry professionals
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support business decisions
- Partner with internal teams to drive cross-selling opportunities and joint marketing initiatives
- Help shape the company’s go-to-market approach within the horizontal drilling space

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of horizontal drilling industry experience required
- 10 years of sales experience
- 3 years of sales leadership experience
- Strong network and established relationships within the industry
- Proven ability to develop winning sales strategies and deliver measurable results
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to think strategically while also driving day-to-day execution
