• Lead the operations team responsible for drilling, mineral exploration and extraction across several sites in the US.
• Develop a culture of safe trouble shooting among the operational staff enabling a 'can-do' attitude to obstacles in realtime.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to advance operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions.
• Lead large-scale projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget parameters.
• Establish robust performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor operational health and support data-driven decision-making.
