Job Summary: The Quality Process Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring products and services consistently meet internal quality standards while complying with customer and regulatory requirements for safety, reliability, and performance. This position focuses on driving customer satisfaction through data-driven quality improvements, closed-loop feedback systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Day-to-Day:
- Analyze manufacturing and production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Utilize advanced statistical tools to analyze product, process, and field performance data, generating actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to communicate key quality metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Continuous Improvement teams to implement process enhancements aligned with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Conduct periodic audits of in-process quality checklists, documentation, and workflows to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain in-process quality standards that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in quality engineering, quality technician, or process/product quality roles.
- Working knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and control charts.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or equivalent.
- Analytical Tools: Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally to align quality strategies across departments.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
