What You’ll Do
- Design and execute test plans to validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes
- Evaluate functionality, performance, reliability, stability & integration with other systems
- Document test results and communicate defects and insights to development teams
- Track issue resolution and support continuous improvement
- Ensure final deliverables meet business requirements and end-user expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve product quality and testing processes
- Manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another STEM field
- 3–5 years of experience in software QA/test plan development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working understanding of Microsoft environments (Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Exposure to automation tools like Katalon
- Familiarity with developing repeatable testing processes
