We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand a well-established customer base across the Northeast Region while leading strategic sales initiatives that directly impact company performance.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an existing regional customer base while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with distributors, contractors, and key decision-makers across the residential and commercial heating space.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contract agreements.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to strengthen market presence and drive lead generation.
- Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and territory activity.
What You Bring
- 5 years of sales experience within the heating, boiler, or related manufacturing industry — required.
- Proven success managing regional territories and growing market share.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities, and travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally (flexible schedule).
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
