Position Details
- Location: Conyers, GA (Metro Atlanta)
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
- Interview Process: In-Person Only
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud & Automation: Maintain scalable cloud environments using AWS CLI and Terraform.
- Infrastructure Support: Manage Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) and resolve TCP/IP network issues.
- End-User Support: Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, laptops, scanners, and A/V equipment.
- Incident Management: Monitor and resolve tickets via ServiceNow to ensure minimal downtime.
- Modernization: Assist in digitizing common tasks and recommending hardware/software improvements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Certification: You MUST hold a valid professional certification (e.g., A , Network , Cloud , or equivalent). Proof of certification is required for application.
- Cloud Skills: 2 years of experience with AWS CLI and Terraform.
- Ticketing: 2 years of experience using ServiceNow.
- Networking: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Education: Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience (or Associate's 5 years).
- Local Status: Must be local to the Metro Atlanta area.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience with lobby management software or dash cam systems.
- Excellent communication skills-the ability to explain technical concepts in "business-friendly" language.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the patience to support a variety of internal users.
