Key Responsibilities
- Hardware & Systems: Install, image, and maintain PCs, servers, switches, and VoIP phone systems.
- Physical Security Tech: Support and troubleshoot security cameras, door controls, and recording systems.
- Network Infrastructure: Hands-on cabling, Fiber optic work, and wireless deployment.
- User Support: Act as the primary onsite contact for hardware/software issues and manage user account access.
- Inventory: Maintain precise records of all technical devices and equipment.
Core Requirements
- Education: 4-year college degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in field services or IT support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in imaging, switch maintenance, Fiber optics, and troubleshooting safety/security devices.
