We are seeking a highly analytical Change management analyst to support a major Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) project. This is a technical role-not an administrative one-focused on managing complex IT deliverables, version control, and vendor coordination.

The Role
You will act as the "Program Librarian" and central point of contact for technical documentation. You'll be responsible for tracking, processing, and version-controlling hundreds of project deliverables (design docs, test plans, and work plans) between internal teams and external vendors.
Important Skills & Experience
- IT Change & Release Management: 5 years of experience using version control methodologies.
- SDLC Expertise: Deep understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Deliverable Management: Proven ability to manage, log, and track high volumes of IT work orders and design documents.
- Vendor Coordination: Experience working directly with external vendors and cross-functional SME teams.
- Technical Literacy: You must be fluent in IT verbiage (e.g., test plans, O&M requests, and deployment logs).
- Healthcare IT (Big Plus): Previous experience in a healthcare IT environment is highly desired.

- Physical Residency: Must currently reside within the United States.
- Equipment: Even though the role is remote, you must be willing to travel to Richmond, VA, to collect your hardware in person.
