We are seeking a veteran CA Plex Developer to support and enhance mission-critical Case Management and Juror Management Systems. This is a high-level consultancy role focused on maintaining the operational stability of legacy model-driven architectures while the organization transitions toward modern platforms.

Core Responsibilities
- Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and data anomalies within a CA Plex environment.
- Feature Enhancements: Design and implement updates to business rules, workflows, and batch processes.
- Model Development: Work directly in CA Plex to update objects, regenerate, and deploy components.
- Data Integrity: Write/optimize complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures for large datasets (millions of records).
- System Integration: Support integrations with external agencies, APIs, and eFiling platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 Years: Application Development.
- 15 Years: CA Plex (or similar 4GL/Model-Driven environments).
- 15 Years: SQL Server / T-SQL (Performance tuning & complex debugging).
- 15 Years: API Integrations (REST, SOAP, XML, Microservices).
- 5 Years: State Court Case Management or Jury Management Systems (Mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generated Languages (C , Java, or .NET from Plex).
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture and Power BI optimization.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and security appliances like Imperva.
