We are seeking a proactive Field Support Technician to lead data migration and hardware deployment efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for transitioning users to a centralized Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring that all documents, emails, and hardware are configured to meet professional standards.

Core Requirements & Skills
- M365 Migration Expert: Minimum 2 years of experience migrating user emails and documents to Outlook and OneDrive (from Exchange or Google Workspace).
- IT Support Pro: 3 years of experience in hardware deployment (laptops, desktops, printers) and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 2016 (including manual data imports/exports).
- Infrastructure Basics: Knowledge of Active Directory (users/groups) and basic networking (wired/wireless, ping, trace route).
- Inventory Management: Experience tracking serialized assets and coordinating equipment shipments.
What You Will Do
- Execute physical hardware refreshes and data migrations for end-users.
- Onboard staff to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook, providing clear technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot software, mobile devices, and network connectivity on-site.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize support tickets and office moves.

- Must be local to or able to commute to Boise, ID daily.
