Job Title: Field Support Technician

What's the Job?
- Perform hardware deployments, including new devices and peripheral equipment, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
- Support data migration efforts for emails and documents to the central M365 tenant, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and mobile devices in accordance with IT procedures.
- Coordinate equipment shipments, inventory management, and surplus processing to support operational efficiency.
- Provide responsive end-user support, addressing technical issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
- At least three years of IT support experience, with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience onboarding users to Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of migrating emails and documents to M365 Outlook and OneDrive.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11, as well as Microsoft Office 2016 applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while prioritizing customer needs.
