Job Title: Raw Materials Buyer

Job Functions
- Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and packaging components used at external co‑packer manufacturing sites
- Coordinate procurement requirements between the parent company, co‑packers, and suppliers
- Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, lead times, MOQs, and service levels
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Build and maintain advanced Excel tools and Power BI dashboards to track spend, supplier performance, and supply risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in CPG procurement, buying raw materials and/or packaging
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling)
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
