Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense

What You'll Do
- Own a caseload from intake through trial — litigation, arbitration, and everything in between
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions
- Build case strategy directly with insurance carrier clients
- Get real courtroom reps — hearings, mediations, trials
What We're Looking For
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- 6 years of litigation experience (insurance defense a plus)
- Strong writer, sharp researcher, confident communicator
- Someone who wants to try cases, not just manage files
Salary and Other Compensation:
The base salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
