A well-established, full-service law firm in Towson, Maryland is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm has served Maryland clients for over a century and is known for its client-focused approach, aggressive advocacy, and strong reputation throughout Baltimore County and the surrounding region.
Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse family law caseload including divorce, custody, support, alimony, and property division matters
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of their matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's practice groups where matters intersect (estates, real estate, litigation)
Qualifications
- Active Maryland bar admission required
- 5–7 years of family law experience with demonstrated courtroom and litigation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with professionalism and compassion
- Experience with complex asset division, custody disputes, or high-conflict matters a plus

- The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
