A trial-focused civil litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Dallas office. The firm handles high-exposure personal injury matters, commercial trucking and auto, premises liability, construction defect, and dram shop litigation.
Responsibilities
- Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution with increasing case ownership
- Taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions
- Handling written discovery, motion practice, and case strategy development
- Preparing cases for trial, including witness and exhibit preparation
- Maintaining direct relationships with claims professionals, insureds, and clients
- Participating in mediations and settlement conferences
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire for case ownership and long-term growth

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
