Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of business/commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in court, including hearings, depositions, and trial
- Originate and maintain client relationships, contributing business to the firm
- Handle litigation matters for the firm's existing client base as needed
- Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and staffing
Qualifications
- Partner-level experience in business/commercial litigation
- Strong courtroom presence and trial experience
- Demonstrated ability to originate business
- No healthcare litigation experience required — general commercial litigation background is a strong fit
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Book of business is required
What We Offer
- The annual salary for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
