About the Role
This role is suited for attorneys with experience counseling public companies on corporate governance and securities regulation who enjoy working on sophisticated corporate matters. The associate will advise clients on governance standards, securities regulation, and disclosure obligations under the Exchange Act. Responsibilities also include supporting governance matters associated with initial public offerings while collaborating with attorneys on complex corporate transactions and regulatory issues.
Responsibilities
- Advise public company clients on corporate governance standards and best practices.
