A respected law firm is seeking an Associate Condominium Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its growing community association and real estate practice. Key Responsibilities


• Advise condominium and homeowners association clients on legal and governance matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to condominium and HOA operations

• Conduct legal research involving association law, governance regulations, and real estate matters

• Provide legal counsel regarding compliance, disputes, and operational issues affecting associations

• Communicate directly with clients, board members, and stakeholders

• Assist with covenant enforcement, governance interpretation, and operational legal matters

• Manage matters involving condominium and homeowners association regulations

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on community association legal matters

• Support association clients with strategic legal guidance and risk management

Qualifications


• 2-5 years of legal experience preferred

• Experience in condominium or homeowners association law preferred

• Strong academic credentials required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to independently manage legal matters efficiently

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

• Admission to the applicable state bar required
