Key Responsibilities
• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in divorce, adoption, APR, custody, and contempt proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for contested family law matters.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, parenting plans, and other legal documents.
• Counsel clients through complex financial and custody disputes.
• Negotiate favorable settlements while protecting client interests.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
• Work closely with experienced paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development when appropriate.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and advocacy.
• Stay current with Colorado family law statutes and procedural developments.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience.
