Duties
• Represent domestic and international insurance companies in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze commercial insurance policies and prepare comprehensive coverage opinions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis platforms.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and litigation briefs.
• Prepare interrogatories, document requests, and other discovery materials.
• Review and analyze large volumes of documents in preparation for litigation.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Advise clients regarding insurance coverage disputes, regulatory issues, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with litigation teams on complex insurance defense and coverage matters.
• Monitor legal developments affecting insurance law and market conduct regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and strategic legal counsel.
• Assist with all phases of litigation from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Requirements
• 5–7 years of litigation experience.
• Active admission to practice law in Florida.
