- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM

Here's what we're looking for.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years of CNC setup operator experience
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and shop math
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, dust, and heat within OSHA limits
- Repetitive movement, bending, reaching, and machine operation
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Select tooling, fixtures, and calculate feeds, speeds, and offsets
- Perform first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools
- Load programs, find zero, and edit or write G-code as needed
- Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers and production teams
- Maintain quality standards, production output, and accurate counts
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
