You take initiative. You drive results.
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in top shape
- Diagnose and complete repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Respond to resident service requests quickly and professionally
- Manage vendors, supplies, and maintenance budgets
- Conduct inspections of units and community grounds
- Train, coach, and support maintenance staff
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met

Here's what we're looking for.
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- EPA certification required (HVAC/CPO preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
