Job Title: Store Operations Specialist - Mid-Level

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Operations Specialist - Mid-Level to support store and field operations across key IT system initiatives impacting retail locations. Our team is looking for someone who can bridge operational needs and technical support, helping evaluate systems, coordinate project activity, and contribute to clear reporting and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support store and field operations across IT system projects impacting retail locations.
• Serve as a liaison between IT teams and store/field operations to help address operational and technical needs.
• Provide problem-solving, procedural, and technical support for store associates, management, and field management.
• Complete end-user testing, participate in ongoing project meetings, and assist with ROI calculations and other administrative project tasks.
  
  

Required

• 5-8 years of experience in retail management providing problem-solving, procedural, and technical support for store associates, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other back-office systems; or a technology/systems background.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint experience.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with Canva, unless highly skilled in PowerPoint.
