Job Title: Network Operator

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to support telecommunication service provisioning across a variety of network environments. Our team plays a critical role in managing expense controls, validating telecom inventories, and supporting technology projects crucial to business operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process wireline accounts invoices, including circuits, voice, cable TV, and cross-connects, using Calero/VeraSMART systems.
• Prepare and analyze monthly allocated reports and carrier inventory reports while collaborating with key vendor partners.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile ServiceNow and Calero databases, ensuring cost centers and unlinked items are accurately assigned.
• Participate in project updates, document usage reports, and provide analytical support for telecommunications expense management and risk mitigation initiatives.
  
  

Required

• Experience with ServiceNow, Tableau, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on expertise in VeraSMART (Calero) for telecom expense and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze telecommunications costs and participate in cost reduction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flexible and agile approach to project work.
