Job Title: Experience Designer Lead

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a design leader to help shape simplified, customer-focused experiences across digital channels. Our team is looking for someone who can partner closely with product, development, and design stakeholders to turn requirements into clear, development-ready solutions and support timely decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers and developers to create simplified user experiences and customer journeys across digital experiences.
• Attend weekly team reviews, understand requirements, and work within deadlines to deliver design solutions.
• Review experiences with design leadership after product approval and ensure the experience is aligned with legal, risk, and compliance feedback.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to leadership to support alignment and reduce rework across teams.
  
  

Required

• 10 years of experience in design-related work.
• Expert-level Figma experience, with 6 years of use.
• Experience designing native mobile applications.
• Strong ability to align with leadership needs and expectations.
• Project management skills and strong self-management.
• Written and verbal communication skills, along with collaboration skills.
