Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Hopkinsville, Kentucky (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a Facilities Manager to support several warehouse and manufacturing locations, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a professional who can coordinate vendors, manage facilities projects, and support a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities-related projects and work efforts across multiple site stakeholders to support smooth operations.
• Manage vendors and suppliers, including service levels, contract monitoring, procurement compliance, and quality of delivery.
• Support budget planning, vendor payments, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and financial process controls.
• Oversee ticketing, inspections, maintenance programs, and general building operations, including travel, on-call support, and issue resolution as needed.
  
  

Required

• 4 years of experience assisting with facilities operations in multiple locations in commercial real estate.
• Excellent project management skills and a recognized Project Management qualification.
• Experience with vendor management, CMMS/Work Order Management programs, and building management systems maintenance and monitoring.
• Strong communication, analytical, organization, and administration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage incidents and service failures in a fast-paced environment.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel interstate and locally for facility inspections, with flexibility for weekend, evening, morning, and emergency support when required.
• Preferred: Facility Management Professional (FMP), IFMA, or BOMA industry certifications; construction specifications and blueprint knowledge; and management experience leading coordinators and developing their careers.
