Responsibilities

• Support incentive marketing offers by monitoring incoming requests from branches and care centers, researching and resolving issues as needed.
• Create and maintain Excel reports, import files into applications, validate results, and analyze data to identify trends.
• Conduct audits and validations, perform research to address payment disputes, and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Schedule and lead meetings, demonstrating workload management skills and the ability to respond to urgent requests or changing priorities.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and an analytical or investigative approach to problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, collaborative mindset, and flexibility to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
